Experience
Every geographic location has its own unique environmental factors which effect the longevity and durability of coating products. The orientation of a door, for instance, could dictate both what kind of door should be used (wood, metal or fiberglass) as well as what kind of finish should be used on it. Each side of a building will experience different degrees of deterioration over the years of exposure to the elements. While one wouldn’t normally use different products on different sides of a single building, one might choose to put more coats on one side than another. During the “swing” painting seasons when the weather is changeable, we might choose to use a different product than in the heat of the dry season. Over the many years of living and working here in Siskiyou County we have had a good taste of the patterns that exist here. our goal is to give you the most for your hard earned money after exploring all the factors that may be of concern. If you want it done “now” but conditions are unfavorable, you will get an honest explanation of our perceptions and a recommendation that may not always be in our best interest, but it will always be given as if your project were our own.
Over the years we have done many types of painting projects including all levels of residential work from your basic repaint of an older home to new, upper end custom homes. In the realm commercial work we have painted the then newly built Mount Shasta Resort, Mount Shasta Ski and Board Park, Les Schwab Tires; repainted the Mount Shasta High School; worked for the Hearst Corporation, the Saint Germain Foundation, Black Ranch and Flying Goose Ranches in Burney, and Caltrans jobs throughout Northern California.
Over these 35 plus years we have seen a lot of changes in Siskiyou County and in the painting industry. We have worked through good times and bad. Our track record is not unblemished, but we have made every effort to leave a trail of happy and satisfied customers. As you can imagine we have many references if you care to examine our history. Please do give us a call and you can expect a speedy response.
