Services

All estimates within 60 miles of Mount Shasta are free of charge. Advice on product selection is always a part of that service. Color selection is left to you, though we will give our feedback on the proposed asthetics, if our opinion is desired. Final choice always remains with you and color samples can be applied if desired.

Pressure Washing–

High pressure, cold water, with or without chemicals to treat mold and mildew on decks, fences, wood or masonry siding to remove stains, loose paint or extreme dirt and dust.

Staining–

Interior doors, cabinets and wood trim.
Exterior decks, siding and fences.

Painting–

Always after thorough preparation including scraping, sanding down ridges of old paint, priming all bare wood or stained surfaces, filing holes and dents, caulking cracks and joints….

Paint is applied using surface appropriate methods: airless spray with or without back rolling, brush or roll. Our goal is to fill all cracks and checks to create a continuous film over each surface if at all possible. Generous gallons per coat is our common practice.

Door and trim finishes–

We use a variety of products to finish doors and trim depending upon your desire. Products range from water borne clear finishes, to traditional lacquers and spar varnishes to oil and water based enamel paints. Exterior surfaces are treated to withstand exposure to the elements and vary according to their vulnerability.
